1. 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your AquaSculpt purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 180 days of the original purchase date. The guarantee applies even on bottles that have been opened and used.

3. Return Instructions

After contacting support, you will receive return instructions and a return mailing address. Please ship the bottles back (used and unused) within 14 days of receiving these instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. Bank processing times may add an additional 2-5 days before the funds appear in your account.

6. What's Refunded

The refund covers the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable. Bonus eBook downloads are yours to keep.

7. Exclusions

The 180-day guarantee applies to orders placed directly through our official online ordering page. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers (including online marketplaces, individual resellers, or auction sites) are not covered.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or the incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship by contacting our support team. Once an order has shipped, the 180-day refund policy applies instead.
