This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your AquaSculpt order will be processed and delivered. We work to ship every order quickly and accurately.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

At this time, AquaSculpt ships primarily within the United States. International availability and rates, where offered, are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@getaquasculpt.com.

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they ship by contacting our support team. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but the 180-day money-back guarantee still applies.
